Before you order
Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes, and microwave safe. The glaze is food safe and fired hard; hand washing just keeps the painted trees brighter for longer.
What if a piece breaks on the way?
Every parcel is packed in paper and card, never plastic. If something still arrives broken, send me a photo and I will make you another.
Why do drops sell out so fast?
Each batch is thirty to fifty pieces and I throw every one. That is the whole reason, and the whole charm.
